RealLife Church is seeking a passionate, innovative leader to serve as Campus Pastor of our
Brewster, WA location — a rural, multicultural town bursting with opportunity and outdoor
beauty.
We are a 13-year-old church of 400+ people with a bold mission:
“Helping people who are far from God find REAL LIFE in Christ.”
We do whatever it takes (short of sin!) to reach people with the love and message of Jesus.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Be the face and heartbeat of RealLife Brewster
- Lead Sunday services, staff, and volunteers with vision and purpose
- Build strong teams and develop leaders
- Connect deeply with the multicultural community
- Preach occasionally, care for people regularly
- Oversee the campus ministry strategy, follow-up, tech, events & outreach
- Actively engage in the life and events of the Brewster area
WHO YOU ARE:
- A passionate, growing follower of Jesus
- A natural leader and recruiter
- A visionary who loves people and brings joy to the room
- A strong communicator & problem-solver
- A self-starter who thrives in a small-town setting
- Culturally aware and comfortable engaging across barriers
BONUS IF YOU:
- Speak Spanish (or are open to learning)
- Have experience in multicultural or low-income ministry
- Love hiking, golf, or fishing
