…four couples decided to live out a dream we viewed as impossible.

At an informal gathering over dinner, Pastor Kyle shared a quote with this group that God had used to captivate and dominate his attention:
“If you’re not daring to believe God for the impossible, you’re sleeping through some of the best parts of your Christian life.”​

We began to brainstorm and challenge each other as to what impossible goals we could set that only would be accomplished if God intervened. As we prayed and planned, it became clear that He was moving us to start a brand new church in the Lake Chelan Valley for people who don’t like church…people who are far from God. It seemed like an impossibility then and still continues to intimidate us to this day.

…spent creating, planning, arguing, praying, searching and finally agreeing, we launched RealLife Lake Chelan on Sept. 16, 2012. We were thankfully overwhelmed to see a couple hundred people make their way into the auditorium at Chelan High School. 

What seemed like an impossibility just a year before, God had made a powerful reality. That was just the beginning. We are confident that God has many more impossible tasks to accomplish in the Lake Chelan Valley. We are excited to depend on Him as we help those who are far from God find Real Life in Christ.
